ORDERING & PAYMENT


We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Afterpay. All transactions are securely processed to keep your information private and protected.


Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. A second email with tracking information will follow as soon as your order ships.


Sales tax is applied where required by applicable state and local regulations. Tax rates vary based on your shipping destination and are calculated at checkout. If you have questions about tax on your order, please contact our team at: customercare@kobihalperin.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. We ship via FedEx Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight. Ground shipping only is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. Shipping timelines do not reflect holiday delivery schedules.

All Overnight and 2-Day orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM EST will ship on Monday or the following business day.Β 

All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Expedited shipping is not available for Saturday deliveries or to post office boxes. All orders require 2–3 business days to process and ship from our warehouse.

Ground shipping is $10 for orders under $250, and complimentary on orders of $250 and above within the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories ship via Ground only at a flat rate of $14.

2-Day shipping
is $20 on all orders. Overnight shipping is $35 on all orders.

Yes. We offer 2-Day ($20) and Overnight ($35) shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Expedited orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is not available for Saturday deliveries or to P.O. boxes. Orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.

Please email photos of the damaged items to customercare@kobihalperin.com for us to review. Photographs should also show garment(s) with tags and full packaging. Please note orders will only qualify for a replacement if purchased directly from kobihalperin.com. Damaged goods have to be reported within one week of purchase to qualify for a replacement. Items that are returned damaged without noting damages in the return portal are not qualified for refund. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.

Because the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor, tablets and mobile devices varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors for products displayed on our site. Also note that due to the hand-finished nature of some of our styles, each garment may be unique.

ORDERS & RETURNS/EXCHANGES


RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are available for purchases made directly at kobihalperin.com. If your order was purchased through a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.

Full-price orders are eligible for return when initiated within 14 days of receipt. Orders outside this window may qualify for store credit or exchange at our discretion.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Kobi Halperin reserves the right to deem any item unfit for return.

Refund or Store Credit
Returns refunded to the original form of payment are subject to a $14 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. If store credit is selected, the return shipping fee is waived. Store credit is issued as a Kobi Halperin gift card, delivered to your email within one business day of return approval.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color with the return shipping fee waived. All exchanges must follow the same return guidelines and are subject to availability.

Final Sale
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This includes all accessories β€” brooches, belts, and bags. Sale items purchased with a discount code during a promotion are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear
For sanitary reasons, please try swimwear on over underwear. Do not remove the hygienic liner until you are certain you are keeping the piece. Swimwear with a removed liner cannot be accepted for return.

**HOW TO BEGIN YOUR RETURN**
To initiate a return or exchange:

Email: customercare@kobihalperin.com

Include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item or items you are returning or exchanging
  • Your reason for return
  • For exchanges β€” the size or color you would like

We will respond within one business day with your return label and next steps.

On return, please include your packing slip with your return package for proper processing.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.


COUPONS/DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes and discount values are applied at the time of purchase and do not hold cash value. If an item purchased with a promotional offer is returned, the refund will reflect the adjusted purchase price after the discount has been applied. In the case of partial returns from a discounted order, the promotional value will be allocated proportionally across the items retained.

To apply a gift card or discount code, you must enter the code in the section at checkout that reads discount code'. Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined when other promotions that are active on our website or with other discount codes.

GIFT CARDS
When an item purchased with a Gift Card is returned, the refund will be credited back to the original Gift Card first, preserving its value for future use. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your return exceeds the value originally applied from a Gift Card, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.


At this time, return credits issued from separate transactions cannot be combined. Each credit is intended for individual use and may be applied independently toward a future purchase.


Because we begin processing orders immediately, changes cannot always be guaranteed. If you need assistance, please contact our Client Services team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Once your package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 12 business days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Note that the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.

Occasionally, accounts reflecting unusually high levels of returns or repeated large-volume purchasing may be reviewed to ensure alignment with our policy.

Our garments are not mass-produced commodities β€” they are carefully constructed pieces meant to be worn and treasured. Excessive return patterns impact operational sustainability and product availability for other clients. In rare circumstances where return behavior falls outside of normal purchasing patterns, we reserve the right to adjust return eligibility or purchasing privileges.

Lining details vary by style and fabric. Full lining, partial lining, and construction details are noted on each product page.


Some styles are restocked seasonally. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications directly on the product page and we will notify you as soon as your size is available.

Each style includes specific care instructions on the label. Embroidered and embellished styles typically require professional dry cleaning to preserve their integrity.
